Pool Cover Installation:
We provide fully guaranteed system installations of all cover types. Being independant, we trade with all the major cover distributors and pool companies.
Pool Cover Maintenance:
We will endeavour to fix any problem on the first visit to the site. If unexpected parts are required, a second visit may be required.
For this reason, we do ask as much information about the fault as possible prior to our visit to allow us to diagnose the problem and arrive on site with the appropriate parts and equipment.
Pool Cover Cleaning:
A cover clean is recommended 6 months after installation and then every 6 months to 1 year afterwards.
Covers left longer than this could be harder to clean and cause problems further down the line.
Pool Cover Servicing:
IMPORTANT!
Please note that regular service work applies to safety covers only. Slatted covers do not need regular service visits.
Please also note that covers must be in full working order. Extra charges will otherwise apply (See Pool Cover Maintenance section).
Pool Cover Engineer's Service
We will perform a Basic Service AND will replace any worn parts or parts about to fail identified by the engineer.
Comprehensive Service
We will perform a Basic Service AND will replace ALL guide feeds, pulleys and sliders.
Basic Service
We will clean tracks, lubricate pulleys and recalibrate the cover.
Pool Cover Refurbishment:
We also provide replacement slats and fabrics at very competitive prices.
